🪛 Step-by-Step: How to Request Additional Cabinets
1️⃣ Bid & Win the Cabinet Set
Before ordering extras, you must first win the cabinet set through one of our online auctions.
2️⃣ Reach Out to Our Team
After winning, contact us by phone or email to let us know you'd like to order additional pieces. We’ll confirm your order details and send you a link to the order request form.
3️⃣ Fill Out the Request Form
You'll receive this form from our team:

Please complete and submit the form with the specific pieces and quantities you need.
4️⃣ Wait for Review and Response
Our Bainbridge Facility will review your request. You can expect to hear back within 48 hours, though it's often sooner.
5️⃣ Fulfillment Timeline
There are two scenarios after your request is reviewed:

✅ In Stock: If we have your additional pieces in stock, we can add them to your order quickly — often in time for pickup with your original set.

🚚 Out of Stock: If the pieces are not currently in inventory, we will reorder them. Reorders typically take 2–3 weeks, but in rare cases may take up to 3 months if we are waiting on a container to arrive.
💲 Pricing
All add-on cabinet pieces are sold at retail price — not auction pricing. You will be informed of the price before your order is finalized, so there are no surprises.
