Once an auction closes, your invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to the email address associated with your Lambrecht Auction account.
You can also access your invoice anytime under the “Invoices” tab in your account at LAIbids.com.
📄 Step 1: Check Your Invoice
At the top of your invoice, you’ll find:

Invoice Payment Deadline

Appointment Scheduling Deadline

Make note of the deadline— It's important! Your pick-up must be scheduled by the appointment deadline, even if you're planning to pay at pickup.
📆 Step 2: Use the Appointment Scheduling Link
Click the link at the top of your invoice to access our scheduling platform.
Once there:

Select the Auction you're picking up for from the dropdown list.

A calendar will appear showing available pickup days and time slots.

Select the date and time that works for you.
📝 You’ll be prompted to create a SimplyBook.me account.
You can use your Lambrecht Auction email and password when setting up this account to keep things simple.
🔢 Step 3: Enter Your Info
After choosing a time:

Select whether you are picking up for one or multiple auctions.

Enter your:

Bidder Number
-
Invoice Number
(Both are listed in the top right corner of your invoice.)

Add any notes you’d like us to know about your pickup.
Then click Confirm Appointment — you’re all set!

Pickup is by appointment only, during the dates and times listed on the invoice.

Pickup at our Sidney Facility is August 1st (Friday), August 4th (Monday), and August 5th (Tuesday)
