During the auction, you'll be asked to select either Sidney, NY or a satellite pickup location (like Ballston Spa, Allentown, etc.).
This step is required and helps us calculate sales tax correctly based on your pickup location. -

Scheduling a Pickup Appointment
The only way your lots are transferred to a satellite pickup location is by scheduling an appointment at that location.
If no appointment is made, your items will remain at our Sidney, NY facility.

We've had customers assume that choosing a satellite pickup location means their items are automatically shipped there. That's not the case. Your initial selection is important for setting up your account and taxes — but only a scheduled appointment triggers the actual transfer of your items to that location.
