What if my lot doesn’t work when I get it home?

We do our best to identify any obvious issues with the items we sell. When possible, we plug in large appliances to verify that they power on. Some items — like stoves or built-in appliances — can’t be tested on-site. And due to the volume of lots in each auction, we aren’t able to fully test every product.

We provide high-quality photos and detailed descriptions to help you make an informed decision before placing a bid.


🛠️ Post-Pickup Inspection Window

  • You have 14 days from the time of pickup to report any visual or condition issues to our office for review.

  • You have 30 days from the time of pickup to test any appliance or electrical product and report any concerns — unless the item was sold with known issues noted in the lot description.
