Why Am I Banned from Bidding?

If you’re seeing a message like:

“You have been banned from bidding in our Auctions…”

It means your account has been suspended due to a violation of our auction terms. Banning is not something we take lightly — it is enforced to protect the integrity of the auction process for all participants.


🔑 Common Reasons for Being Banned

While each case is reviewed individually, here are some of the most common reasons accounts are banned:

🛑 1. Failure to Pay for Your Winnings

If you win a lot and do not pay within the required timeframe, your account may be banned.

  • Per our terms (Section 21), payment is due within two (2) days of auction close.

  • Failure to pay may result in your credit card being charged or the lot being offered to another bidder.

  • If your invoice remains unpaid after 8 days, your account will be banned (Section 33).

💳 2. Disputing a Charge or Filing a Chargeback

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited (Section 34).

  • By registering, you agreed not to initiate a chargeback under any circumstance.

  • Doing so may result in a permanent ban and you’ll still be held responsible for payment, plus legal fees.

🔍 3. Fraudulent or Incomplete Account Information

All bidders must provide accurate and complete registration information (Section 3).

  • Fake names, unverifiable contact details, or creating multiple accounts are grounds for restriction or removal.

⚠️ 4. Failure to Verify Your Account

If we request documentation or account verification and you do not respond, your account may be suspended until resolved.

🔄 5. Violation of Bidding Terms

By registering, you agree that all bids are binding and may not be retracted (Section 8).
Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the auction process — including bidding with no intent to pay — can result in loss of bidding privileges.

  • All sales are final. (Section 29)
