Why didn’t my items go to the pickup location I selected?

Selecting a pickup location at checkout does not send your items to that location automatically. That selection is only used to determine sales tax. If your items are from a satellite auction and you want to pick up at a satellite location, you must also schedule a pickup appointment at that location.
